Recipe of the Month: Asian Chicken Salad - 1 package Asian blend salad - 1 package ramen noodles - 1/4 c sliced almonds - 1/2 can mandarin oranges - 1 rotisserie chicken skin removed, shredded - Asian sesame salad dressing Remove seasoning packet from noodles, break noodles into small pieces. Toss all ingredients into a bowl, mix, serve and enjoy!
